A CONVERTED HAY-BARN WITH A MODERN RUSTIC INTERIOR.

Wellhayes Barn has been converted to an exceptionally high standard into a 2-3 bedroom property with a contemporary interior which references the building's previous function and features furniture designed and made by James Verner. It's size and situation makes it perfect for a family holiday or as a romantic bolthole for two.

Much of the timber used in the conversion has been ‘upcycled’ from the original building. The building is entered via a heavy ledged and braced front door made from locally sourced timber which opens to reveal the open plan kitchen, dining and living space, complete with an oil fired Aga and views over the lake to the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty beyond.

The Kitchen dining area with Aga and Radius Table by Simon Pengelly is a welcoming space to return to and enjoy creating fantastic meals from fresh local produce.
